Just wording why Gary DiBileo associates are delivering the newspaper for Joe P.? Could that have to show up on Gary’s campaign finance report as an in-kind donation?

I wish I knew in what section you lived. I just came from a meeting for Gary DiBileo. I had to get more papers from Chris Phillips. I did alot in N. Scranton. I am going to do around Mary st. and Rockwell tomarrow morning. One couple at Gary lives on W. Gibson and I believe Sweatland. They had not gotten one. So they took some for their neighborhood, I also left some at Noones on W. Market down on Providence road that I think Quick Joe's right at the v in bullshead. Also where Hess use to be on N. Main Ave. And the paper store on Providence Square. If you are around there at all. I wish I knew where you were as I would deliver one to you personaly. But don't want to give address here. That's for sure.!!!! Also Bulls head convenent. They has some I added more

The poster known as "granma" is not on DiBileo's payroll, I believe she just volunteers for his campaign.
