We need some change.  All the corruption in the City begins in Polls.  If we allow it there, it makes it easier to spread to elected and high-ranking office.  Ask Mr Kemp.

This study has been reported to be heavily flawed. The report lists exclusively Democratic strongholds even though it is well known both parties benefit from fraud. GOP propaganda! Instead of fighting these malicious allegations about our city you'd think these Repubs are embracing them.

This doesnt look like a party issue.  Plus, Philadelphia is a Democrat City.  Plus, most urban areas tend to be Democratic so the density is more.  That is why you see this.
