Poor Jaime. What will he do now? Sorry, Jaime, that you didn't score a victory for George Seig. I guess it just proves the going theory that you have no credibility when it comes to politics.
In fact, in the last days, the campaign got fairly pathetic. InN a last ditch attept to steal the election, Jaime Brazil, followed by his trusty sidekick Damon Bowen, developed several strategies to steal the election. Hey, if you can't win fair, then cheat.
First, they had a company do automated phone calls to Munley supporters at 4:30am the day of the election. The desired result, obviously, was to trick the supporter into thinking Tom Munley's campaign was calling them at an ungoldy hour, followed by anger on the part of the voter, which eventually leads to said voter not voting for Munley on election day. Several thousand calls were made.
If that wasn't sneaky enough, they then placed stickers that read "The Law and You, Pull Lever 3" on all of Munley's polling place signs. Tom Munley is not Lever 3, but George Seig's is. Obviously, the desired result was that some old lady would go into the voting booth, pull Lever 3 thinking she was voting for Munley, when in actuality she was voting for Seig.
Pathetic, I say. And, it didn't work. Hey Damon Bowen...maybe on your next lackluster campaign, instead of tearing down lawn signs and trying to cheat to win, you should actually have a campaign field plan that works and gets out your vote. Maybe then you'll win. Just a thought. After Jaime enters drug rehab and/or goes to jail for his involvement in the Philly politica scandal, you should go read "Campaign Craft." It's a wonderful exogesis on how to win political campaigns.
