I can't believe that Mr. Dougherty would USE Penn Sate and ,even worse, JOE PATERNO in his ads. Did he ask permission.  Knowing this politician, I bet not.  JOE PATERNO is a man of impeccable honor, truth, morals, and CLASS.  He would NOT be lending his support to the tantrum thrower who used it in vain.
