My son plays for the Westside jets and I received a letter from a concerned citizen with return address of DiBileo insurance.  The letter talks about a coach that was arrested and also enclosed was a copy of the rap sheet of the cop.  The coach was a Scranton cop.  My friend who is a Scranton cop said all the cops are mad at Gary for sending the letter out.  The most I can say is WHY?
