Anybody else hear that a well known Area Chairman from the Northampton County Republican Committee resigned last month to organize a county organization for the Constitution Party?

I am all for efforts to try and keep the Republican Party a conservative party, but if this is true, and this individual is as good of an organizer as he said to be, then this could spell bad news for the Republicans in close elections. Now that I think about it, this may be a good thing. At least it should make sure that Republicans run good conservative candidates. Should make things more interesting in the county if the new Party starts running candidates right away.
