What is going on with the Scranton Times ignoring Charlie Spano for Tax Collector? He got more write-in votes than almost every other council candidate and outside of listing his numbers there has been no mention of him as a candidate. He is the only registered republican on the ballot in Scranton (outside of Andy Jarbola) and they can't give the guy a single article? Are they carrying water for Kenny too? I am getting so sick of their biased approach to reporting. Not only are there major problems in the Tax Collector's office making Kenny vulnerable, but Charlie Spano has been endorsed by almost every labor union in the city. At least labor is giving candidates a fair shake. Too bad the Scranton Times won't.
I heard of Spano but I KNOW Kenny is a f*up. I got a refund vcoming fromthis dip and I sent in my tax back in Feb. I'll vot Spano cuz Kenny doesn't even go to work and don't know s*** about what goes there>
