Ian Murry took $1000 from Rubino's land development firm, Technica, and then decided to give it back a couple of days later, after the check was cashed in his law firms account.  But he claims that he didn't know what the work was going to be. 

You know what, I don't know much about the practice of lawyers, but do you take a "retainer" prior to knowing your client or job?  Looks a lot like something else to me.

Maybe the Attorney General should spend some time looking into this "retainer"
