It looks like the voters didn't send a loud enough message to Dr. Porter last year (60%-40%). How much more of his own money is Porter will he throw into this futile enterprise? The most amusing thing is Porter lashing out at the media. Candidates who can't raise money to get their message out probably shouldn't antagonize the only outlet they have to reach voters.
If Porter looks to run again, and the Democrats continue keeping their tail between the legs by not putting forth a formidable candidate, then English will coast to another win next year. I do not know how much English spent on last year's campaign, but it probably was not too much, and he probably will not have to spend much again.
