I am curious to know what other Cumberland County Republicans think about Vic Stabile not making the list of PA Politics "Worst County Chairs" this year as he did in ’02.  Things don’t seem all that different?  It is quite impressive that Gail McDermott made "Best" again as Dem Chair.
