Does anyone know if anything has come out of the investigation of the threats?  Has anyone been charged?

I certainly hope so.  And I would like to know when the police will be filing charges.  If there really was a threat, that person's ISP should have been able to supply the identity to the police.  I wonder what they are waiting for.
